Meet Janet Kay

Janet became licensed as a realtor after a successful career in banking. She has always had a passion for home improvement and decor, and soon realized that there's a real void in the population heading into retirement years and beyond. For many, their home is by far their largest asset, but they don't have a real sense of what their overall financial picture looks like. Janet takes a holistic approach to her real estate dealings with her clients: is selling their house the right choice, or can modifications be made to allow them to age in place? Would a reverse mortgage, home equity line of credit or sell and stay approach make sense? Have wills and powers of attorney been prepared?
